What I built
- Automated invoice generation, session tracking and ACH/Stripe payment collection.
- Designed teacher–student mapping logic, payroll periods and reporting modules.
- Audit-safe records with role-scoped admin dashboards.
- Leads CRM: webhook lead intake with raw payload storage, assignment priority rules, follow-up automation, automated message log, lead → student linking.
- Messaging: two-way Twilio SMS/MMS chat panes for board ads and tutor texts, opt-out handling.
- Reporting: leads/students/tutor analysis reports, dashboard conversion metrics, Matomo campaign report via management command + SendGrid.
- Finance: tutor payroll and commission alerts, Stripe 1099 PDF API, ACH pricing correction and refunds, post-payment student surveys.
- AI: scoped a chatbot over a read-only MariaDB replica; delivered via Claude Desktop + MCP + skills instead of a bespoke app.
- Ops: recurring dependency scans, WordPress DB migration to RDS, read-only RDS replica.
