Community Association Amenity & Check-In App
Staff and resident iOS app for a property-association management company — pool-pass check-in with photo capture, guest allowances, alteration-request videos — kept shippable on a legacy Objective-C codebase against an ASP.NET backend.
What I built
- Pool-pass check-in: registration-status lookup by unit, check-in/out updates, admin “checked-in” list with per-property guest allowances and photo capture at the gate; fixed a null-handling crash in the checked-in list.
- Hardened staff sign-in (reachability checks, error fallbacks, 20-second timeout, progress and haptic feedback); biometric login path.
- Volume control on alteration-request video overlays.
- Build modernisation: arm64 simulator support, bitcode strip for App Store Connect, card-scanning SDK guarded on simulator; iPad device testing.
