ADSL Broadband Internet connection configuration

open a terminal
sudo apt-get install pppoe
sudo apt-get install pppoeconf

after installation
sudo pppoeconf

if you are not an expert select default and enter username and password when asking

after configuration
$ pon dsl-provider
